However, we will charge a delivery and pick fee on all orders at a minimum starting at $150, depending on exact location, items rented and time of pick-up. Not a problem, things happen. The contract clearly states that if an item is broken and it is irreparable, damaged or lost, we charge twice the rental cost of the item that is broken to replace it. Clients will be notified post events if there are any damage or missing items prior to charging the credit card on file.

Once you have decided on the items for rent, we will put together a contract along with the pricing for your review. Upon agreement a 50% deposit will be required to hold the items, and remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. If you should have last-minute add-ons, these items will be added to the contract and paid for leading up to the event. Credit must remain on file for any broken or missing items. Payments are non-refundable.

Absolutely, with enough time given we will be glad to search for the items needed for you. The price will depend on the item(s) requested. It will also give me the opportunity to add items to my inventory.
